Professional Space. Flexible Work. A Better Way to Work.

Whether you need a productive place for a few hours, a professional workspace for the day, or a comfortable place to work on a regular basis, Open Grid Co-Working Spaces provide the flexibility you need without the commitment of a traditional office.

Our three boutique co-working spaces—two located in Building B and one in Building A—are intentionally designed to remain comfortable and uncrowded. Each space accommodates approximately 8–14 professionals and offers a combination of individual desks, worktables, and comfortable couch seating, allowing you to choose how and where you work.

🌿 Small, Comfortable Workspaces
Unlike large, crowded co-working environments, our spaces are limited in capacity to provide a more relaxed and productive atmosphere.

💻 Choose How You Work
Settle into a traditional desk when you need to focus, use a shared workspace when collaborating, or work comfortably from one of our lounge and couch areas.

☕ More Than Just a Desk
Enjoy the convenience of the Open Grid environment while you work, with access to Wi-Fi, comfortable common areas, refreshments and other available amenities.

🤝 Meet. Work. Connect.
Need a more private setting for a client meeting or team discussion? Conference rooms for up to 6 or 12 people can be reserved separately online. Please refer to Shop Page to Reserve Conference Rooms.
